Versatile lightweight packable 'go to' for most trips.

It's a beautifully made bit of kit this. Packs really small and light and with the modular porch I can go without porch when bike packing or add it on when backpacking as I use walking poles. It's a little light for serious mountain use but for 4 season trips in less demanding conditions it's ideal. Add the porch to beef it up in higher winds and place the tent porch into wind to slice the wind effectively. In terms of improvements for a 'version 2' I'd like to see a buckle at the base of the main tent fly door to stop zip creep in high winds. A 10mm DAC pole upgrade option to make it stronger for mountain use would be great. The porch could really do with a two way zip to vent when cooking and to make it easier to look out and get out. Even better instead of a centre zip, a side zip (or two zips, one on each side, would make the porch much more user friendly for getting in and out, especially in wet weather, it's a long reach to the current zip puller and it's awkward to unhook the main door pegging cord as it's so far away. Other than that it pitches really quickly, looks great in brown and blends stealthily in European landscapes. Lovely bit of design!
