International Shipping
  • Free shipping on all products.
  • If your country is not listed, it doesn’t mean it can’t be shipped, for specific carriers, please contact us.
Returns
  • We accept products returned within 30 days of receipt that must be unused, no odor and stains, and with all tags and labels for a full refund.

*Before returning your product, please contact us at pretents.w@gmail.com with a bill or any proof , we will review your request within 48 hours and if approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return address.

*Pretents is not responsible for return shipping costs、items damaged or lost during the return process, we recommend that all returned items are insured with a tracking number to ensure delivery.

Lost Parcel Protection
  • We will cover our customers for lost parcels. When a parcel is lost, we will refund the full amount or resend the parcel.

*Lost Parcel Definition: a statement from the shipping company or post office that a parcel is lost.

Cancellation Policy
  • Before shipment: If the order has not been shipped, you can cancel the order and get a full refund.
  • After Shipment: Once the goods have been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised or personalised products.
Repair

Damage incurred during use can be sent back for repair, with you being responsible for return shipping and certain repair costs, or you may choose to take advantage of the reorder discounted price for a new tent.
